Privacy Policy

This page explains what data EasyVideo IA collects, why, and how you can manage or delete it. It applies to the EasyVideo IA mobile app.

1. Who we are

EasyVideo IA is an app that lets you create animated videos from photos, voices and dialogue that you provide, using artificial intelligence services. For any question about this policy, write to [email protected].

2. Data we collect

• Content you provide: photos or avatars, dialogue text, language, visual style and background choices that you upload or type to create a video.
• Generated content: videos, images and voices produced by AI from your requests.
• Reports: if you use "Report a problem" in the app, the message you write and a technical identifier of the video concerned are saved.
• Credit balance backup: so that you can recover your balance if you reinstall the app, and to prevent the same subscription from being credited twice, we store on our servers your remaining credits linked to an encrypted (hashed) subscription identifier. This identifier cannot be traced back to your name, email or Apple/Google account. For the same reason, the name, voice and photo address of the characters you create are also saved so you can find them after a reinstall. They are not visible to any other user.
• We do not require an email account to use the app. We do not collect or store any banking data: purchases are processed directly by the App Store or Google Play.

3. Why we use this data

Only to generate the video you request (image, voice, subtitles, music) and to let you view, share or export it. Reports are used only to fix problems or moderate inappropriate content.

4. Sharing with technical providers

To work, EasyVideo IA sends some data (photo, text, voice) to specialised technical providers, only for the time needed to generate your video:

• Video and voice generation (Wan 3.0, via fal.ai)
• Avatar stylisation (Nano Banana 2, via WaveSpeedAI)
• Hosting, video storage and translation (Cloudflare)

These providers use your data only to carry out the technical request. It is never resold, never used for advertising, and never used to train models on your personal content beyond what is strictly necessary for generation.

5. Retention

Generated videos are kept on our servers so you can access them from the app. You can delete them at any time.

6. Your rights and data deletion

In the app, go to Conditions → My account → Delete my data to erase your data at any time. You can also write to us directly to request complete deletion of your content stored on our servers.

7. Minimum age

EasyVideo IA is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum legal age in your country). AI-generated content must respect the rights of others: do not use a photo of a person without their consent.

8. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data (encrypted connections, restricted access), but no system is guaranteed to be 100% secure.

This page may be updated; the date at the top shows the latest version.
