Terms of Use

By downloading or using the EasyVideo IA app ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These terms are the end-user license agreement (EULA) for the app; Apple's standard terms apply only to what is not covered here.
1. Service
EasyVideo IA lets you create animated videos with talking characters from photos or descriptions, using artificial intelligence services. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the app on your devices.
2. Minimum age
You must be at least 13 (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use the app.
3. Credits and subscriptions
- 1 credit = 15 seconds of video (1 scene); 2 credits = 30 seconds (2 scenes, continuous shot).
- The Mini, Discovery (Découverte), Standard and Creator (Créateur) plans are auto-renewing monthly subscriptions. The title, length (1 month) and price of each subscription are shown in the app before purchase.
- Credits renew every month and add to those you already have.
- Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- With no commitment, you can cancel at any time from your account settings: App Store (Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions) or Google Play (Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions). Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google.
- Each generation or regeneration uses credits. Re-read your scene before launching.
4. Content you provide
You remain the owner of your photos and text. You authorise us and our technical providers to process them only to generate your video. You warrant that you have the right to use this content. Use only your own photos, or photos of people who have given their consent: creating an avatar from someone else's photo without their consent is prohibited.
5. AI-generated content
Videos, avatars and voices are generated by artificial intelligence. Results may vary and are not guaranteed to be identical from one generation to the next. You are responsible for how you use the generated videos, including when you publish them.
6. Prohibited uses
You may not use the app to create content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, inappropriately involving minors, impersonating a person, or intended to deceive or harm. We may refuse or remove content and suspend access in case of abuse. You can report content from within the app.
7. Automatic safety filter
An automatic moderation system may block a generation, sometimes even for innocent content (for example a child or baby in close physical contact). This is not a prohibition under our terms but an automatic filter: rephrase your script or choose another photo.
8. Intellectual property
The app, its design, its original characters and its code belong to EasyVideo IA. You may use the videos you generate, including on social media, in compliance with third-party rights and these terms.
9. Availability and liability
The service relies on third-party providers and may be interrupted, changed or limited. The app is provided "as is", with no guarantee of results. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the current subscription, without prejudice to the rights the law gives you as a consumer.
10. Deleting your data
You can erase your data from the app (Conditions → My account → Delete my data). See our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept it.
